The Silver Package is the most popular.  7 hours of coverage is usually enough to cover the bulk of the "story" of your wedding day without feeling rushed.  The second photographer is present for four hours to cover some of the groom and groomsmen getting ready process as well as capture extra angles during the ceremony, lots of details of your reception space and extra angles during the bride/groom session that happens during cocktail hour.   7 hours plus second photographer for 4 hours typically includes (but is not confined to):

Bridal Details (dress, invitations, jewelry, bouquet, heirlooms, veil, garter, old, new, borrowed, blue, perfume, etc) : 30 minutes

Final Touches of Bride/Groom "getting ready": 30 minutes

Bride/Groom Getting Dressed: 30 minutes

Bridal/Bridesmaid Portraits Outside Before Guests Arrive: 30 minutes

Groom/Groomsmen Portraits Outside Before Ceremony: 30 minutes

Ceremony Coverage: 30minutes

Family/Formal Photos (during cocktail hour): 30 minutes

Bride and Groom Session (during cocktail hour): 30 minutes

Reception Coverage: 3 hours

The second photographer typically stays with the groomsmen for the pre-ceremony photos, and he doesn't necessarily start at the same time as the lead photographer.  We discuss and come up with a game plan based on your individual wedding and needs.  

There are of course tons of factors that can change how the time is used, such as a desire to do a first look or a difference in priorities.  We are extremely flexible and able to customize the use of our time after speaking more in depth with each bride.
